Taco Sampler Platter
I really enjoyed the Taco Sampler Platter for my first meal from California Tacos! The tacos were all good but now I know my favorite meats and what flavors I'll want for future orders. ? Thank you for this option & your specials!!
Birria Ramen
Traveled many places and originally from SoCal. I grew up eating all types of foods from different cultures. Living in the Midwest now you crave and search for authentic cuisines. California Tacos brings the best of Mexican cuisine. If you want to have first hand experience of what tacos and burritos should taste like, California Tacos is it. My favorite dish there would have to be the Birria Ramen! The ramen is savory and reminds me of my childhood. And for anyone who doesn't know, California Tacos were the first ones to bring Birria Ramen to Eau Claire. Og supporting since 2019 when it was just a food truck at Menards parking lot and still my favorite Mexican Cuisine Place to go to.

2 Quesabirria Tacos with consomme,rice and beans
These tacos were delicious, super crispy outside and lots of melty cheese and flavorful birria. The salsas were delicious too.
Birria Quesadilla
Outstanding!! The food is amazing and staff are friendly and helpful. I love anything Birria @Californea Tacos . Also had corn in a cup - only wish I ordered a larger size !! Great job to all staff here for such a great experience!

Birria Quesadilla
The Birria Quesadilla is AMAZING! Very similar to the Birria Tacos but much bigger and equally delicious! I will definitely be ordering this again.

1 single Quesabirria Taco
This was my first time here, from northern Illinois. My friend who lives in town got a Carne Asada Taco. We just wanted something small and a coke. Both tacos were great. I especially enjoyed the crunchiness of the barria taco, along with the queso. I told my friend that i was coming back next time I'm back to visit. Thanks,
